– Jahn, Mack & Partner acted as the representative of the District Berlin-Pankow in construction projects in public areas serving to create employment and promote the further qualification of workers (our tasks included the management of subsidies, employment creation scheme, project management as well as project coordination and control).

The objective of the program was to enhance and upgrade the inner-city and residential areas on which urban development policy was focusing, while promoting them in general. Two types of measures were taken under the program: measures for the thermal insulation of residential buildings, enabling them to save energy and reduce CO2 emissions, as well as measures serving to enhance and upgrade public spaces and the infrastructure serving residential areas.
